Well I have blogged a lot from a personal blog. However, I have never blogged from a "running blog". I thought I would give it a shot in order to connect with more runners and be more involved in the running community.
I love to run and do it at least 5 times a week. My husband also loves to run and is a little faster than me. We are both currently training for the Cooper River Bridge Run 10k in March. My goal is to break 42 min, and hopefully break 41 min. Eric's goal is to get 35 min.
We try to run together (and with our little guy, Miles) at least once a week. Hence, the title Running with Miles. I usually run with Miles in the jogging stroller frequently, since it's been snowing I don't have that opportunity as often. My husband Eric, is in his third year at medical school and still finds time to be a great dad and train for races. In 2014 we focused on 5k's which was really fun! Eric's fastest time was 16:56 and mine was 20:45. I love racing 5k's because they take a short time out of your day and you still feel exhausted because you push hard but recover quick.
